Hi, I'm Becci, your expert virtual assistant based in Grantham, UK. With 15 years of experience across customer service and administration, and 8 years experience training others on the skills needed to be successful in these roles, I am here to help you streamline your business operations. I am offering remote high-quality administrative support, exceptional customer service, and bookkeeping assistance to small/medium businesses in Grantham and beyond.
I am a 31 year old professional working remotely. I have always been someone who goes above and beyond for my clients. I take pleasure and pride in dealing with the details so that you won't have to! I am a reliable and trustworthy person, and take a friendly but professional approach to everything that I do for my clients. The combination of skills and traits that I possess has made me extremely successful in my career. I have outlined the details of my career below and what I have learnt along the way, because it is so important to start a relationship on an honest footing, and this will allow you to get to know me a bit better, as a professional.
I have worked in customer facing roles constantly since the age of 16, initially as bar/restaurant staff in my teenage years which taught me some vital customer services skills from a young age; politeness, patience, taking direction, time-management etc.
I moved onto a customer service/debt advisor office based role for a financial company from my early 20's, where I worked with a caseload of clients in a very fast paced environment, building budgets, analysing paperwork, writing legal documents and making applications on behalf of my clients. This role required a great deal of empathy, trustworthiness, and confidentiality, and built on my already solid foundation skills such as communication, organisation and prioritisation.
I left the company briefly in 2016 to train in bookkeeping at a well known accountancy firm where I gained my 'Level 2 AAT Certificate in Accounting' qualification, I spent my time here diversifying my financial skills.
Not long after, I was head-hunted back to my previous company to a managerial role. I became a Technical Support Officer and SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a few years, followed by a promotion to Office Manager, during my time in these roles I dealt with high level issues and complaints, stakeholder relationships, staff queries and support, created and implemented staff training courses, ran multiple calendars for staff at once, as well as detailed administration work. I ran projects including the development and implementation of a new department where all processes were built by myself from scratch, I sourced and interviewed staff for the roles required, and worked closely with many different areas of the company to make the department a success. I regularly reviewed legislation and regulation changes. I implemented changes within several different departments to adhere to legal guidelines, and to streamline efficiency and productivity. I monitored staff output, identifying any knowledge gaps, and training staff on the skills needed to excel in customer service and administration. I was very busy, built up a wealth of leadership, critical thinking, project management, problem solving and decision making skills, thoroughly enjoying my time at the company.
I have always jumped at any chances to further enhance my skills, meaning I have gained some additional qualifications along the way: Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques, Certificate in Principles of Team Leading, CPPI (Certificate of Proficiency in Personal Insolvency), and Xero Adviser Certification.

I have set up my own business as a virtual assistant because I have the skills and passion to be successful for myself and my clients.
I have a multitude of strengths, but my most outstanding are organisation, time-management, accuracy and communication, all of which I have been praised on (and rewarded for) consistently throughout my career. These strengths will allow me to deliver a fantastic service to all of my clients.
In my spare time I love to travel, cook, watch films, and go on long walks with my partner!
